張紀(jì)元，華南理工大學(xué)副教授。博士畢業(yè)于澳大利亞墨爾本大學(xué)，曾在比利時(shí)荷語(yǔ)魯汶大學(xué)從事博士后研究。主要研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)椋弘S機(jī)矩陣?yán)碚摗⒆杂筛怕收摰取Ｏ嚓P(guān)科研成果發(fā)表在Adv Math、AiHP(Prob & Stat)、JMVA、Construct Approx等國(guó)際期刊。
報(bào)告摘要：
I will introduce some recent developments in the Markov-Krein correspondence. This is a defining identity for probability measures, which plays a central role in many problems around random matrix theory, including high-temperature convolution, high-temperature beta ensemble and finite free convolution.
